Sencha:
- Brewing at a higher temperature brings out more aroma, but more astringency as well.
- While brewing at a cooler temperature bring out a sweeter flavor, but less aroma.

I have recently gotten into tea as I received some loose teas and the ingenuiTEA from Adagio. I am wanting to try a Sencha as I have read they are good, what would you recommend a new tea drinker try in the Sencha variety?
